Goodspace provides beautifully designed, flexible shared workspaces in the heart of Islington. Housed within a characterful period building, the space needed a considered refresh — one that respected the building's original features while delivering the clean, contemporary environment modern occupiers expect.

Our scope covered the full redecoration of the workspace alongside the rearrangement of existing glass partitions, reconfiguring the floor plate to create a better balance of private offices, meeting rooms and open collaborative areas. Careful demounting, relocation and resealing of the glazed partition systems allowed the layout to be transformed with minimal waste and no loss of natural light — a key consideration in a period property.

For the decoration, we specified COAT Paints' modern, low-VOC colour palette, applying a scheme that complements the building's period detailing while giving the interior a fresh, vibrant identity. From meticulous preparation of original plasterwork and joinery through to the final coat, every surface was finished to the highest standard for a durable, flawless result.
